Nothingness
Geez with my lack of update you would think that I had an amazingly busy weekend, full of lots of hijinks and debaucherous activities.
I didn't.
I basically did nothing. That's right, nothing. Unless you count going to the grocery store something. I slept in both days and did absolutely, positively nothing. And that's a good thing!
This week I have to work lots. I work Monday at my part-time job, Tuesday and Wed at my full-time job, school on Thursday and Friday at my full-time job. So in other words, no fun and no sleep for me. So NOW do you see why I sat on my ass and did nothing all weekend? I needed it. I needed to get up at 10:00 in the morning, crack a diet coke and eat some toast and get some TV knocked off my DVR. Because I won't be watching squat on TV this week. Every night will probably consist of studying for my Psych test on Thursday morning.
Due to a major crisis on Thursday morning, I was not able to attend class. It was an important class and I missed out on a complete lecture for the test this coming Thursday, but I was in a situation where I could not and would not leave the house. And so that's what happened. I ended up calling my teacher on Friday after work and she basically gave me a 2.5 hour lecture in about 20 minutes. So basically I know exactly what to study for the test. Go me! And I got a 99 on my test from last week so that was cool!
I had to have an emergency eyebrow wax this afternoon. All you girls who wax yours and you haven't waxed them in a while and you are panicking because you look like chewbacca came and sat on your forehead, you can sympathize with me right? So I went upstairs to Laura's apartment who happens to be in school to do hair and she has a home waxing system. Nuff said. They look great and I no longer have to teeter on the edge of insanity about my eyebrows.
Oh and we won some money on Powerball last night. Isn't that exciting? I was excited when I read my ticket this morning! I'm all...we won! we won! we won!!! Now I will reveal just how much money we won....I know you are all jealous and I promise we won't spend it all in one place...
*drumroll*

Had ya going didn't I? Please, I wouldn't even be sitting down here to update if I had won the $78 million. My ass would be SHOPPING!!!!!! :)
With that being said, I need to go and think about what I'm going to make to go with the ham I have in the crockpot. With the shitload of groceries we bought yesterday I'm bound to find something.
