Success!
The date went awesome! I was super nervous right before I left the house. I mean stomach doing flip-flops and "what if this guy hates me and leaves halfway through the game" kinda thing. Turns out, I didn't need to be nervous!
We had a wonderful time! We talked so much that there were times we forgot the game was even on. It was so awesome. We were at a sports bar and they brought around free shots every time we scored. Plus the cherry vodka and cokes kept coming. I was a bit drunk but hey, so was he. We were just two people who don't do this hardly ever but decided last night was a good night for it.
He kept subtly touching my arm or my back and such. I got the idea that maybe he liked me okay. When it was over I thanked him for everything, we gave each other a big hug and said we wanted to do it again. We shall see.
It was perfect. Makes me think maybe there's still a chance for me someday.
